Respite

Respite care is available for people who are usually looked after by a relative or carer at home or have been in hospital and require convalescence care following discharge.

We always make sure that the care you receive is tailored to your specific needs. This could include rehabilitation and physiotherapy help. Our sister company, Cleeve Link will be able to offer you follow up care after you have returned home, if required, leaving you safe in the knowledge that there is a helping hand at every step of the way.

The time you spend with us could also be an opportunity for your usual carer to take a break so that when you are well enough, you and your usual carer can enjoy time at home refreshed and well again. If you prefer, we even offer the option for your carer to stay with you at the nursing home. There are many options – just ask – we’re here to help.
