Cleeve Link

Cleeve Link is Cleeve Hill Nursing Home’s sister company.  It is a friendly home care service for anyone able to retain their independence but needing some assistance.

Live In 24

Part of Cleeve Link, the Live In 24 service provides carers as a companion for the client who can attend to duties such as personal care, cooking and light domestic work and, depending on the client’s fitness and wishes could also provide transportation and company to appointments and days out.

Some clients need extra care and sometimes continuous care. In these cases, a carer or a team of carers will give the closest support necessary in order to allow the client to continue to live at home in a safe and comfortable environment.
