In Emergency - We are here to help

We have policies in place to deal with emergencies or last minute requirements. Sometimes a person will need a place at the nursing home at short notice. This is dealt with swiftly and with minimum fuss helping to take the pressure off families and ensuring that the admission is as comfortable as possible for the resident.

We also have our own fleet of vehicles including mobility aid functions so you don’t even have to wait for an ambulance to bring you to the home.

Our smart drivers particulary come into their own during floods and snow. With three 4x4 vehicles they are able to keep on moving and our service continues as normal.
